The anniversary collection is a carefully selected collection of 100 figurines of 100 pieces each from the classic collection of the Kyiv Experimental Ceramics and Art Factory by outstanding artists. They are distinguished by the limited number of products, the classic manufacturing method, a special decal and a serial number that corresponds to the actual number of manufactured products.
Ordinary products of Kyiv Porcelain are very high-quality products made by modern artists and, unlike the Jubilee collection, do not have such a long history and are now produced on current topics of life in Ukraine and the world
We care a lot about our reputation, and we also own all the rights and technologies for the production of porcelain from the Kyiv Experimental Ceramics and Art Factory, which has been improving its technologies since 1924.
Currently, delivery is made to all European countries. But in the comments to the order, you can write the missing country in the list of available ones and we will try to solve this issue and deliver to your country!
We work only with delivery to the final recipient (to the door) by the postal service. So, you can receive your order at the address you specify when ordering!
Of course! Just specify the desired delivery address and write in the comments who the recipient of the order is and we will send it. your order. Also, in the comment, you can indicate that it is for a gift, and we will remove all identifying marks.
The cost of delivery is calculated for each country individually. It also depends on the size of the porcelain you ordered, but from our experience it will not exceed 30-50 euros.

It all depends on the country of receipt. All products are shipped directly from the factory in Kyiv. From the moment of receiving the order to the transfer to the postal service, it takes up to three working days, and then according to the schedule of deliveries by the national postal service!
In some cases, for an additional fee, we can send by express delivery services, such as DHL.

All our products come with a product warranty and shipping insurance. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the products you received, you should contact us at kyivporcelain@gmail.com with the order number. We will help arrange the return of the figure to us for production.
After receiving and inspecting the products by our specialists, we will transfer back your funds for this order within 10 working days.
All products from the Jubilee collection are delivered in a branded box with special packaging
You can only cancel an order until it has been shipped to your country. After that, the standard product return procedure will work.
If we haven't had time to send the products, just notify us of the cancellation of the order to our mail at kyivporcelain.com, and we will refund you within 10 working days.
All products are covered by shipping accident insurance. If the products were damaged by the postal service (there is damage to the packaging, holes, etc.), in this case, the insurance company will compensate for all the damages, and we will send you a new one. To do this, you need to write to us at kyivporcelain@gmail.com and describe the situation in detail!
