Being founded in 2015, the museum is planning to build a complete collection of artistic output of KECAF and authorship works of its sculptors and artists to organize archival  materials and objectively present the factory’s products in the context of the history of Ukrainian porcelain. The main task of the museum is the preservation of Kyiv porcelain monuments, their popularization, as well as research in this area. To date, the museum's funds has continued to be constantly replenished; previously exported works of art are coming back to Ukraine.
